holey donuts.


did you know they sell cake pop/donut hole makers these days?
well they do!
and while we wouldn't suggest using it to make cake pops (because if you've ever made them from scratch, you know it's not the same thing - at all), we were allllll about trying out some donut holes!
this was our first try with the donut hole maker, so we played it safe with some basic recipes.
afterward, we whipped up a couple different glazes!
yummmm.

directions:
mix all dry ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. 
then add all other ingredients and mix batter until smooth. 
we used about one tablespoon of batter for each hole.
cook for approx. 5 minutes 
*for glaze: mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon of milk.
*for cinnamon sugar topping: mix 2 teaspoons of cinnamon with 2 tablespoons sugar
