we have had quinoa on the brain so as soon as we saw this diva-dish recipe-
 we went for it.
 we didn't have all the ingredients on hand so we made a few substitutions: 

1. we cooked our quinoa in water since we were out of vegetable stock,
which we wouldn't recommend since the added flavor of the stock would have been nice.
2. we used honey instead of agave nectar in the dressing.

 no need to worry about exact measurements when making this green salad. 
we just tossed in what we had. 
 never too much avocado or tomato around here. 
mmm so good!
makes a ton so invite everyone you know :)

this was such a quick and easy salad! perfect for a light, healthy lunch out on the patio.

howevever, those little wheat germ squiggles are weird, right?!
