a berry brilliant breakfast.

today we have an amazing toast! french toast!! recipe for you guys.
ha. sorry, i had to.

sunflower honey loaf
fresh raspberries and blackberries
4 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tb. blackberry jam
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

cut your bread into 2 inch slices.  
 clean your fresh fruit.
 mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the jam together in a small bowl. 
cut a slit in the sliced bread for the stuffing.
 fill with cream cheese mixture & fresh fruit. 
crack two eggs, 1/3 c. milk, 2 ts. vanilla, 1 ts. cinnamon in a pie pan. whisk together.
turn on stove and melt enough butter to coat the pan. 
while the stove is heating up place bread in egg mixture.
 flip once so both sides are completely covered.
 cook on each side over medium heat for about 4 minutes each. 
serve immediately with powdered sugar and more fresh fruit. 
add syrup if you are sugar crazy!
