'cause you're hot & you're cold.

black&white cake bars

oh boy, these were delicious but soo soo rich.
even i, the queen of sweets, could only eat a small square.
i cooked the bars in a large pan, making them thinner than desired.
i'm also pretty sure i undercooked the bars- so it was more like a scoop it in a bowl kind of treat.
however, uncooked and sloppy didn't stop us!
they were great hot.
and also great cold.
so if you plan on serving these to fancy people who don't appreciate slop...
be sure to refrigerate for a few hours before cutting into bars.
then serve and be sophisticated!
