bob's gluten-free pizza crust mix
extra virgin olive oil
montgomery inn bbq sauce
*optional: grilled chicken
make your dough and let rise as directed on package. while you wait, prep veggies and grill all ingredients. once the dough is ready, flatten onto a greased pizza pan. brush with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, and cover with bbq sauce. then top with red onion, corn, and spinach. cook on 350 for about 10 minutes. take pizza out of the oven and add chicken, grated cheese, and pineapple. cook on the grill for about 10 more minutes or until the crust is blackened in spots. cut & serve immediately. eat way too much!
