yogurt bowl.

inspired by QUITOKEETO

what we used:
1 cup organic plain lowfat yogurt (try this one)
1/2 sliced avocado
6 smashed blackberries
1/4 cup organic whole grain rolled oats (or gf oats)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

we swayed slightly from the quitokeeto recipe, but honestly and surprisingly, breakfast has never made me so happy. this was the perfect combination of flavors and every bite tasted a little different than the last. next time we will probably add the suggested sprinkle of sea salt, but we have zero regrets because, um, DELICIOUS.
