a delicious protein shake.

so most mornings i like to make fruity green smoothies, but today i decided to go the chocolate route...
and oh my goodness- i am so glad i did. a chocolate shake for breakfast? yes, i think so!
what i used:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (i used musclemilk bc its gf and df :)
1 big handful of ice cubes (or you could use another frozen banana)
1 tsp. honey
1 tb. peanut butter (or any nut butter)
3/4 cup almond milk
put all ingredients in the vitamix and blend on medium low speed until combined and smooooth. pour into your favorite glass, drizzle chocolate sauce on top, and drink out of a fancy straw for a real morning treat!
you deserve it.
